What exactly is Bubble Invest?
Bubble Invest builds your AI employee trained on your processes, and trains your team to work with it. Our mission: give you the tools the big models don't build for you, adapted to your field, ready to use.
What happens to my data? Is it protected?
Data protection is at the heart of our approach. Your agents run either locally on your machine or on a secured private server. We offer an anonymisation and encryption layer that removes or masks sensitive data (client names, account numbers, identifiers) before it reaches any third-party AI provider. Depending on your sensitivity requirements, we select the right setup: enterprise plan with no retention, pseudonymisation, or an open-source model hosted on your infrastructure. What is confidential stays within your environment.
How are you different from a traditional consultancy?
No endless slide decks, no six-figure quotes, no army of junior consultants. We go further than advisory: we build and install a live AI agent directly from your data and your tools. A turnkey solution that absorbs your workload from day one, without creating dependency.

The Quick Start starts at EUR 2,000 excl. VAT for a custom AI agent, 3 working sessions included. The first quote is co-built with you based on your real needs. For more complex architectures (multi-agent, advanced integrations), we put together a tailored quote.
What happens after the 3 sessions?
Support is included in the days following delivery to fix any initial bugs. Beyond that, we remain available for quick interventions on request, and a support and maintenance package is available for longer-term coverage, depending on your needs.
Do you offer custom quotes beyond the Quick Start?
Absolutely. Beyond the Quick Start, we design custom solutions: multi-agent teams, selfware (personal AI tools), dedicated applications, or complex architectures. Each project gets a quote scoped to your needs.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?
Yes. Once the agent is deployed, we offer tailored maintenance contracts: a monthly retainer on request for regular support, or a day-rate intervention at EUR 500 excl. VAT/day, with a guaranteed 24h response time, remote or on-site.
Which sectors do you work in?
We work with small and mid-sized firms, independents, and regulated professions, with a core focus on wealth management and asset management. That is where AI has the most impact: fewer hierarchical layers, results visible immediately.
Who owns the code installed at your premises?
You pay once, with no imposed subscription or recurring fees. Your data, your configuration, and the content produced belong to you, and your agent runs on your infrastructure. You keep usage rights freely and for the long term. The underlying source code of the agent remains our property, as with any software publisher. For critical solutions, a reversibility clause can be included. Code transfer is available as an option.
Which AI models do you use?
Primarily Claude (Anthropic), while staying flexible based on your preferences. One important point: the agents run on your own subscription (OpenAI, Claude, or other). You keep full control over your costs and your data.
How quickly can we get started?
The first session is free and no-commitment. After signing, the project kicks off within 1 to 2 weeks, with full delivery in 3 weeks: a turnkey agent, ready to use on your server or locally.
How does signing work?
Simple and transparent: quote and contract signed electronically (Yousign). The project starts upon receipt of the deposit. Payment terms are available and defined together upfront.
Do you support our teams?
Yes, and it is hands-on: no slides or theory sessions, but practical workshops where you learn by doing, directly on your agent. We don't leave until your team has it down. It's like welcoming a new team member who already knows your processes.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both, depending on your preferences and the nature of the project. Based in the Paris region, we are available across France and fully capable of operating remotely.

The first session is free and no-commitment. You can decide not to continue after this first meeting: no fees, no obligation.
