Bubble Invest operates two distinct activities: free educational content creation (B2C) and AI automation consulting for professionals (B2B).

Our consumer-facing activity is entirely free and serves as our expertise showcase:

• Investment agent proof of concept: We built an automated investment agent for our own use. We share it open-source, completely transparently (what it does well, its limits, how it's built)
• Educational content: Tutorials, demos, resources, build-in-public on AI agents (Claude Code, Open Claw, etc.)
• Blog and articles: Knowledge sharing on automation and artificial intelligence
• Simulators and educational tools: To learn and experiment with AI agents

B2C is our marketing, not our product. We don't seek to artificially monetize content that's becoming commoditized. Our added value lies in context, curation, and honesty.

5.2 B2B Activity - Custom AI Consulting & Automation

We support professionals in deploying AI agents and automation:

• Target clients: Asset management firms, wealth advisors (CGP), SMEs, tech-forward independents
• B2B services: AI agent deployment (Claude Code, Open Claw, etc.), workflow automation, technology monitoring, training on latest tools
• Our unique edge: Systematic early adopters — we master tools released weeks ago, well ahead of the market

5.3 What Bubble is NOT

Bubble is NOT:

• A financial investment advisor (CIF)
• An asset or portfolio manager
• A financial intermediary regulated by ORIAS or AMF
• A personalized investment advisory service
• A paid SaaS product for individuals

5.4 User Responsibility

Users of free content are solely responsible for their decisions. Bubble shares tools and educational resources transparently, but:

• NEVER manages user assets
• Provides NO personalized investment advice
• Guarantees NO future performance
• Shares a personal proof of concept, not a regulated financial product
