How we verify our reviews
A review is only worth something if you know where it comes from. Here are our rules, without exception.
Who can leave a review
Only our clients, after a service: a private AI lesson, AI support or a training. Each one receives a personal link from us, valid for 30 days, that works only once. There is no form open to everyone.
What we check
- The link really comes from us: it is signed and names the service and its month.
- It has not been used before: one link, one review.
- The review holds no sensitive data, no company name and nothing about investment performance.
What we publish
Every review that follows these rules, positive or not. We never edit the text of a review, nor its rating. Reviews are shown newest first.
What we do not publish
- a review that names a firm or a company;
- a review that talks about investment performance;
- a review that holds sensitive data (amounts, numbers, email address, phone);
- a review that is off-topic or abusive;
- a review without its author's consent to publication.
If your review is not published, we tell you directly.
How long
A review stays published until its author asks for its removal, and 3 years at most.
How a review appears
With the client's first name (and the initial of their last name if they wish), their job, and if they want their city and LinkedIn profile. We show the service, its month and the date of the review. Never the name of their company.
The proof, kept on our side
For each review, we keep internally the link that was used and the service it matches. This proof is not published.
No reviews about investments
Bubble Invest does not give investment advice. A review that talks about investment returns or performance is not published.
Removing a review
A client can ask at any time for their review to be removed: just write to [email protected].
